A graduate of St. Thomas University, Ed played 4 years of Varsity hockey and was captain of the team during his senior year. Following University, Ed taught school in Chatham for 20 years before migrating to the Financial Planning industry. Soon after beginning his Financial Planning career Ed achieved his Certified Financial Planner designation and has never looked back. During the past 18 years Ed has conducted scores of seminars, hosted Radio and TV shows, has been a guest speaker at numerous Financial events and has played a very active role in Community and Industry affairs. Currently Ed is Chairman of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Charity Golf Tournament . Community involvement is a key component of Ed’s philosophy of life. Ed’s practice revolves around a long term focus on client goals supported by superior service and strong client relationships. Ed and his wife Margaret live in Bathurst with their 3 children, all of whom are actively involved in a variety of sport and leisure activities including Swimming, Soccer, Tennis, Hockey, Golf, Skiing and travel. In his spare time Ed is an avid golfer and a noon hour hockey enthusiast.
